Briggs & Stratton Set to Showcase Latest Battery & Engine Innovation at FIMA 2024 - Hall 5, Stand A 27-31
February 8, 2024 — Power specialist Briggs & Stratton® is set to exhibit the very latest additions to its extensive battery range and provide an exclusive sneak peek at its upcoming full battery range at FIMA 2024, which is taking place from February 13 to 17 in Zaragoza, Spain.
Visitors to Stand A27-31 in Hall 5 will be able to experience Briggs & Stratton® Vanguard™ 48V Si1.5kWh swappable battery, which has been widely recognised as a game-changing product for the construction and rental industries. With production and distribution just starting, the presentation of the new lithium-ion battery solution will be shown at the FIMA 2024 show. This presents an exciting opportunity for construction and rental industry professionals to get a detailed look at the battery and learn more about why its flexibility is setting new standards, particularly within their sector.
The newest addition to the Vanguard battery portfolio will also be revealed at the five-day event. The Vanguard 24V Fi3.5kWh fixed battery pack offers a new, lower voltage option, which is now available for OEMs and ideal for replacing 24V lead acid batteries. The 24V Fi3.5kWh is also suitable to cater for the lift access, cleaning and construction industries.
FIMA 2024 attendees will be able to get an exclusive look at Briggs & Stratton’s upcoming Vanguard Battery Systems range, which comprises high power motors and motor controllers that have been engineered to provide OEMs with efficient battery system solutions. In addition to the battery and the chargers, Vanguard is now uniquely positioned to offer OEM customers a complete system package that simplifies the integration of battery power into their equipment.
Briggs & Stratton as a power-agnostic provider firmly believes in the continued potential of petrol engine technology. By presenting the Vanguard® 400 EFI ETC engine, visitors can discover its Electronic Fuel Injection technology (EFI) which offers numerous advantages, including better starting in all weather conditions, consistent performance at all elevations, rapid load acceptance, and reduced fuel consumption.
