MILWAUKEE, WI (September 29, 2025) – Returning to The Battery Show for the fourth consecutive year, Vanguard, a leader in battery technology and integrated power solutions, is showcasing how it is advancing the potential of electric power. The company will be exhibiting its latest innovations at The Battery Show North America, October 6–9, in Detroit in booth #3453. Attendees will see firsthand how Vanguard is moving beyond the “one size fits all” approach with lithium-ion battery technology engineered to meet the rigorous power demands of compact equipment manufacturers and diverse commercial applications
“At Vanguard, our goal has always been to deliver reliable, high-performing power that professionals can trust. After years of dedicated engineering and prototyping, it’s been amazing to see our OEM customers integrate these battery solutions and bring their electric equipment goals to fruition,” said David Frank, Senior Vice President and President of Electrification at Briggs & Stratton. “We’re excited for attendees to see firsthand how these integrated systems are engineered for the durability and efficiency required to build the kind of powerful equipment their customers expect.”
Highlighting Vanguard’s versatile and field-tested solutions, the booth will feature the 1.5kWh1 Commercial Battery Pack (Si1.5). The Si1.5 offers a standard charge time of just 75 minutes when used with compatible Vanguard™ chargers2, eliminating downtime.
In addition to the Si1.5, Vanguard will display its comprehensive Fixed Series Battery Packs and its new motor controllers, showcasing its ability to provide a complete, integrated system solution. Products on display will include:
Fi Series™: The 24V 3.5kWh1 (Fi3.5) Commercial Battery, the 5kWh1 (Fi5.0) Commercial Battery and the 7kWh1 (Fi7.0) Commercial Battery (in both long and tall configurations) will demonstrate the series' modularity. Each pack is engineered for durability, safety and performance with features like diecast aluminum casings, advanced Battery Management Systems (BMS) and dual CANbus communication.
Motor Controllers: The MC2000, MC4000 and MC8000 motor controllers will be featured, highlighting Vanguard’s expansion into a complete system provider. This integration of motor controllers ensures seamless communication and performance for applications ranging from compact equipment like blowers and walk-behind trowels to pumps and sprayers.
