The Vanguard Commercial Battery with an integrated Battery Management System (BMS) is designed to power multiple commercial applications providing efficient power and performance. The CANbus-controlled Vanguard charger provides safe charging with the Vanguard special charge profile.

Increased Uptime

Designed for a life of up to 2,000 cycles with no scheduled maintenance needs. All major components are serviceable and components and modules can be replaced rather than having to replace the entire battery.

Operational Confidence

The in-house designed Battery Management System monitors voltage and temperature throughout the pack and ensures the battery stays in efficient, safe operation.

Easy Integration

Two CANbus networks integrate with OEM legacy systems. The first is SAE J1939 standard, and the second is adaptable to customer requirements. A prequalified and plug-in ready charging system can be mounted on or off-board.

Easy Troubleshooting

Via standard CAN bus diagnostic protocols. The indivdual modules can be replaced and major components are serviceable.
