RECOMMENDED MAINTENANCE

Oil Recommendation

SAE 30 is good for all-purpose use in temperatures at or above 40°F (5°C and higher); use in temperatures below 40°F will cause hard starting.

Synthetic 5W-30 provides the best protection at all temperatures (-20 to 120°F/-30 to 40°C), as well as improved starting with less oil consumption.

Types of Oil to Use

• Use a high quality detergent oil classified as “For Service SF, SG, SH, SJ” or higher
• Do not use special additives
• Choose a viscosity according to the recommendations above
