 The Vanguard™ 48V 5,0kWh* Fixed Commercial Battery (Fi5.0) is engineered for durability and reliability, featuring a sealed aluminium diecast enclosure that safeguards its cells from vibration, dust, and dirt. Designed for easy maintenance, it can be pressure-washed after use. The integrated Battery Management System (BMS) ensures optimal performance, while standard CANJ1939 communication enhances connectivity. Offering dependable power and a lower total cost of ownership, this battery is ideal for a range of electrified applications from 5 to 50 kWh.

    Ability to add capacity ranges based on customer needs by connecting packs in parallel. For example, five 5 kWh packs can be connected together for 25 kWh of energy.

    Minimal scheduled maintenance is required throughout the battery pack's long life of up to 2.000 cycles. All major components are serviceable, and it’s possible to replace individual sections, eliminating the need to replace the entire battery.

  • Easy Integration

    OEMs can easily exchange information with the battery pack using its two CANbus ports. One CANbus uses the J1939 automotive standard, while the other is designed for uncomplicated data transfer with the OEM's current communication network: No reprogramming of that network is required.

    Via standard CANbus diagnostic protocols. The individual modules can be replaced and major components are serviceable.
